Brain Training
Brain Training is a free in-browser tool that plays brainwave (binaural beat) and solfeggio frequencies plus white noise for focus, study, memory, rest, meditation, trading mindset and creativity. Binaural beats play slightly different tones in each ear to entrain the brain to the difference, so earphones or headphones are required. Solfeggio pure tones and white noise also work on speakers.

FAQ
Q. Do I really need headphones?
Binaural beats (🎧) work by playing different tones in each ear, so earphones or headphones are required. Solfeggio pure tones and white noise (🔊) also work on speakers.
Q. Does it really work?
Many people feel it helps with focus and relaxation, but scientific evidence is limited. Use it as a focus and relaxation aid, not as a medical treatment.
Q. How long should I listen?
It is generally said to help when listened to consistently for 15-30 minutes or more. You can leave it playing in the background while you work.
Q. What volume is best?
A low, comfortable level is best. Pure tones especially can be harsh if loud, so a low volume is recommended.
